so where are we? the bike is up and rolling and 99.9% finished, all I have to do is mount the front fender and black it and put the numbers on the number plate. and put the silencer on. 2 hours work.
I can't handle wiring so all my wiring jobs go to ian who is god when it comes to electrical stuff but can we get this fucker to spark?
not a chance, we have been through EVERYTHING, luckily honda stuff is cheeeep so we've got a new cdi, new coil, everything is wired up via the manual, all clutch and sidestand cut outs dealt with but absolutley no spark, they are a bit technical for me now with funny little machines with pointy bits on and digital readouts... why is this little fucker som complicated it HAS to be something simple but finding it is a different matter.
It funny that this little bike is sitting amongst a million quids worth of harleys at ians place and it's the only one causing a problem.
It's really baffling all of us now, te bike ran perfect before we stripped it and it is wired up just how it should be.
Aside from that, I'm really chuffed with the way it is looking.
